Argentina Food and Drink
The traditional Argentina food consists of four meals a day. Although the diet differs from region to region, popular Argentina food consists of meat. As a meat loving country, the Argentines are known to consume more meat than any other country. They love their traditional barbeques. The vegetarian cuisine still has a long way to go in Argentina.
Argentina food and drink is no longer an obvious traditional cuisine, which is mainly due to the high incursion of immigrants throughout the history of Argentina and food influences including French, German, Italian and English. These immigrants have left their mark over the Argentina food culture with the passage of time.
Some of the popular Argentina food and drink consist of Milanesa sandwiches, Empanadas, dulce de leche and "Mate", which is a traditional drink. Carnivores would find themselves in meat heaven in this country.
